A: The Furnitures E-Store is an online furnitures store, complete with an e-catalogue and an online order form.

A: Our e-catalogue under Products list the products we carry. We actually do carry more items than shown on our e-catalogue, which we will gradually introduce to our e-catalogue.

A: We do not have a showroom. We import our products directly and store them at our warehouse @ 50 Sungei Kadut Loop. This allows us to pass the savings on showroom rental on to you. If you wish to view our products, you could visit our warehouse, but do inform us at 8183 2920 beforehand that you are coming.

A: Unfortunately, our prices are non-negotiable. Due care has been taken in arriving at our pricing policy, and being direct importers, we have already cut away all unnecessary costs for you.

A: All you need to do is visit our Order Form page, fill up the form and click "Order Now" when you are done to submit the form to us. We even have a Sample Form to help you out. However, do still call us to confirm if we have received your order, in case we did not receive.

A: If, for any reason, our actual products are slightly different from the ones shown in the e-catalogue, we will endeavour to inform you of the differences before we confirm your order with you.

A: No deposit is required for orders of our products in the e-catalogue. You can pay us the full amount on our invoice either by cash or cheque when you receive the goods. For cheque payment, please refer to our invoice for instructions.

A: While we do keep stock for all our products, we may still run out of stock sometimes. We will endeavour to keep you informed of the stock status for the items you are ordering before we confirm your order with you.
